本研究的目的是調查精神科護理人員工作滿足的情形，並探討工作滿足、工作表現及人格特質的關係。
研究受試為南部某公立精神科醫院護理人員107人，所有受試者均施以自填式的工作滿足量表、工作情況評估表（即工作績效評估表）及加州心理測驗，並由其上司以工作績效評估表評量其工作表現。
英文摘要:
The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship among job satisfaction, job performance and personality characteristics of nurses in a psychiatric hospital. One-hundred and seven nurses are tested with Job Descriptive Index and California Psychological Inventory by self eva-luating. Meanwhile, these subjects are evaluated for job performance with Job Efficiency Scale by their attending nurses and by themselves.
