本文乃以客體關係理論對邊綠型人格違常之心理診斷、幼兒客體關係發展過程、人格障礙之動力成因、以及其所慣用之原始性心理防衛機轉等做一重點式的說明與探討，並提出本土個案的治療情形，期盼能提供給從事臨床精神醫療，心理治療及心理輔導之工作者，在輔導或治療此類人格違常之個案時的參考，使其更能從精神動力的角度來瞭解及協助他們。
英文摘要:
The author uses some inportant object relation theories to explore psychological diagnosis, developmental pathogenesis and the primitive defense of borderline personal-ity disorders briefly.Case ilusstrations are made and some culturl inplications are discussed.
