本研究以香港多間醫院的護理經理為對象，旨在探討在職母親面對工作及家庭的要求與其情緒波動的關係。研究方法採用「經驗抽樣法」。該法使用隨機抽樣方式，抽取參與者當下的經歷和感受。
英文摘要:
Working mothers at managerial positions in Hong Kong recorded down their mood fluctuations and types of activities at random intervals. Results indicated that they were not at distress in general. However , task juggling within the same role would adversely affect their mood.
